The scope we offer includes many integrated parts of the TOP9000 ERP system that provide full records of economic phenomena. We offer a complete software package, ranging from orders, distribution, production, and accounting to HR and payroll, online tools supporting customer contact, Business Intelligence class analytical tools and solutions dedicated to the most demanding customers, expecting an individual approach and tailor-made solutions.
Consulting services
By providing customers with the appropriate IT tools, we offer all necessary consulting services. Consultants advise on how the company can improve its internal processes, enhance information flow throughout the organization and increase the efficiency of operations. The implementation project is prepared considering the current functioning of the company, as well as the changes and the goals to be achieved.
Individual approach
Since the beginning of its activity, the company has adopted a unique approach to selling software. It does not leave the customers to manage on their own; instead, it handles implementation on-site and provides training for employees on how to use individual software modules. This approach, as well as the scalability and openness of the system, allows the software to be quickly adapted to the specific requirements of the enterprise organization of a given Client.

Furthemore, thanks to the elimination of the need to purchase foreign (usually expensive) additional programming tools and the use of Open Source solutions, our systems have achieved an extremely favorable ratio of quality-to-price. We would like to emphasize that the technologies we use do not require additional financial outlays for purchasing database licenses as well as Linux server licenses, which reduces the costs of implementing our solutions.
Implementation Speed
The short implementation time of our system (even in multi-branch companies) is due to the extensive experience of the implementation team and the ability to transfer data from currently used databases. The implementation can be carried out comprehensively or in stages. Most often, implementations require additional integration of TOP S.A. systems with software from other providers. This integration is carried out using specially prepared interfaces, allowing full utilization of the IT infrastructure.

Since we are the manufacturer of all offered systems, we are able to modify products to meet the needs of even the most demanding companies, which is unattainable in the case of purchasing ready-made software or buying from intermediaries – companies exclusively reselling systems or intermediating their sale. Our software is implemented based on individual needs and goals agreed with the client. This approach maximizes the final benefits for the user and optimally adjusts the system to the specifics of the client’s operations.
Permanent support care
After the software implementation process is completed, the users of our systems are covered by our continuous remote supervision or, if necessary, direct support at the installation site. We are a company whose business model is based on close cooperation with our business partners (Clients), providing a wide range of after-sales services.
